How the Engagement Works

Each engagement is tailored to the individual, but typically includes:

  • An initial alignment conversation to define goals and priorities
  • A 360-degree feedback process with select supervisors and colleagues
  • A series of one-on-one coaching sessions (typically 6–9 sessions, 60 minutes each)
  • Ongoing guidance focused on real-world challenges and opportunities

Sessions are flexible and conversational, designed to provide immediate, practical value.
